A 20‑Year Dream in the Making
Junibel’s Bakery has been in my heart for the last twenty years. In that time I’ve baked, studied, failed, adjusted, and gathered the how‑tos and how‑not‑tos of the craft.
Now that dream lives at local markets as a bright, welcoming stand and a pastry case full of soft pretzels, croissant pastries, apple strudel and more—baked as a legacy for my daughters and a cultural experience for our community.
